Diane works as a hospitality consultant and private concierge in Northern California and is currently featured as a regular guest on Napa Valley Wine Radio's culinary broadcasts

In addition, at the encouragement of her olive oil mentor, Paolo Pasquale, Diane currently offers private olive oil tasting classes in the Napa Valley and participates in judging local olive oil competitions.

As the former owner and chef of the INK HOUSE B&B in the renowned Napa Valley, she has been privileged to be able to work with hospitality associates in Italy and is proud to offer a memorable experience at a cost that sets “Let's Go Cook Italian” apart from similar cooking tours offering excursions at a much higher rate.

Also, should you have a group of friends or family .... or a professional organization that would like to select special dates for a private party, she will be happy to assist you in creating an exclusive group experience “a la carte” in either Tuscany or Roma.
